I am finding it harder and harder to lose weight. I seem to be at a standstill. After nealy 20 months of dieting, I wonder if I will ever get into a size 10. Or weigh 140 lbs. If it takes me 2 more years to do it, I am going to keep it up..what have I got to "lose"?!!!!!!

I have slowed down my losing, but have not been exersizing. I rode bike 2 miles every day last week, and want to amp up my exersize this week..Its getting short or capris weather!! I am not an avid exersizer..and I have a knee and foot problem that avoids my pounding the pavement. I need to start lifting weights, etc,...its a slow loss, but its going down, not up! I sure would love to see the 160's soon!

I am back on track..happy with results! These next 2 days, I am logging all my food..I go for my 7 mo check up 1/30/14..by my scales at home I have lost 67 lbs since July 1, but 100 lbs since Nov. 2012!!

my weight loss has slowed down, but I am losing inches, my clothes are getting loose!! I should put my scales away..it drives me crazy!

Its a slowe process..but coming off..I just need to get past Christmas Junk and sweets..its hard!!
