Welp, my first recorded increase despite exercising and eating less calories. It was bound to happen, so let's move on and continue!

Haven't been logging any exercise on this site, but I thought I'd track how many Disco Sweat songs in a row I can get through. I started out only able to make it through the first one ("didn't want to overexert myself" ... phooey!) and I just wrapped up 6! Well, 5 then a break then the 6th.
There's really no better feeling than being all sweaty and knowing that, in the words of the man himself, "you're on the highway to health!"
Know what? Time to finish the disc, ab song and all. :)

Went out for lunch today with a coworker - had Chicken Begendi - and I am totally guessing at what to enter. Figured the best place to start was a recipe online, and go heavy handed with full fat ingredients and portion sizes.
It was served with about 2 cups of rice pilaf and I didn't even touch it. I love being able to do that and not be hungry!
Here's hoping this uncomfortable fullness goes away before my gym class tonight. :)

Went out for brunch today and had the restaurant's amazing french toast. Only ate half, took the rest home. I'm completely guessing at calories, but I think it's conservative.
