Staying on my fruits, vegetables, limited carbs, and protein appears to be working for me, albeit slow. I feel different and see changes in my mid-section. I continue to work out at least 30 minutes every day, with at least 4 days of 1 hour sessions (or more). So, Mon, Wed, Fri are 30 minutes each day. Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun are at least 1 hour.
