On Monday April 14th I had a bagel with cream cheese and a pint of chocolate milk around 9:30 am. By 4pm I was not very hungry but needed some sugar to play basketball so I decided to have another pint of chocolate milk. I am trying to avoid sodas and other sweetened beverages to keep my weight down. I played intense basketball for about 2 hours. Around 11 pm, I was in the mood for a snack so I had 2 bags of sun chips with a third pint of chocolate milk.

On Tuesday April 15th I did not have breakfast or lunch. I ate dinner around 6:30 pm. I had one serving of fried rice along with 2 pieces of chicken breast, a serving of macaroni salad and one spare rib. As a beverage I had a bottle of Sunkist Soda.

On Wednesday April 16th I had a Jamaican beef patty with a croissant and a pint of chocolate milk around 2 pm. Around 6 pm I had a slice of chesse pizza with a 20 fluid ounce bottle of Twister strawberry kiwi juice. For dinner around 10 pm I had a bacon cheeseburger with a bag of sun chips and a mug of water.
