I've been eating more than usual I feel, yet it still hasn't been detrimental. I think I should probably try eating regular amounts of food more often. It hasn't ruined my results and I my mood is generally better when I eat more (that is, if it's guilt free). I need to stick myself in the mindset that regular portions are okay. When I don't, I end up just getting really hungry late at night and eating then, and it makes me feel terrible about myself. Like right now for instance. I've eaten 1100 calories and it's 10 at night when I'm suddenly extremely hungry. But if I eat right now I'm going to end up feeling badly about it. I can't decide what to do, and that's frustrating.
I just need to eat during the day properly I feel. I know I think the only way I can lose weight is by eating less and less, but nothing has shown that. I just think it's the only way, but it really isn't Sure, I may have lost weight a bit faster when I was doing my 700 calorie days, but I was so unhappy and even moodier, and I wasn't involved in anything particularly demanding of me energy wise.
I want to eat normal amounts. I'm trying to put myself in the mindset that it's an okay thing to do.
