Today I am feeling good again eating right... kind of slipping on the choosing foods, but it has to do with being at the end of the week and needing to go shopping to get the right things to snack on. But the walks have been good, still exhausted when I get back and out of breath , but I did notice recovery was quicker today! and I was up doing my daily chores.

well on the downward slope again, I pray that I continue with this and get to where I need to be to be healthy and not let daily work loads pull me off track and choosing the wrong foods just because.
