Merry Christmas to you and yours Friends!
I weighed in early rather than Monday due to the Holidays..Food etc...
So happy for a loss!
I'm still sick. I have a cough and am still congested. It's 2 weeks today. I've been so tired I haven't done the Treadmill or filled out my food diary! Good Lord! I'll hopefully get back to normal tracking soon.
Ok everyone! continued success to you all.
You know I'm cheering you on! I'll do a better job of that after the Holiday Season.

Hi All! No loss this past week but no surprise.
A couple of things.. I still have the Flu/cold and it's been brutal. I've been eating easy at hand kinda stuff.
Oh and I never got to go to the Christmas party.
It's been just over a week of this and no end in sight Flu wise. I'll go to a medi centre tonight if I can find the strength.

Ahhh... a loss finally.
I've got the flu so bad friends. It came up on me yesterday so I'll stop here and check in another day.

Ok so I weigh on Monday and I think I'm down.
God I hope so! Holy Crap it's been a struggle.
Went out to dinner last night at Boston Pizza and had the SantaFe Salad. 710 calories wth tons of Fibre and little fat. Salads are tricky though. We may think they're all healthy but it isn't the case.
Anyway had a nice time and a nice meal.
I'll update on Monday.

I went to the Docs yesterday and they weighed me at 171.4! I wasn't surprised. I've been gaining since being back! We've stopped a medication I was on and hopefully I'll see results. I've got a Christmas Party to go to on the 15th! I'm not giving up.
