Nice loss to end the week, After a huge fried Chicken Dinner(3 pieces) with Mac n Cheese(1.5 cups) and Sweet Potato Pie(one small slice)Last night at GF's Moms house. At least Her Greens with Ham hocks were 100% Keto!
Just goes to show, as long as you are Keto 95% of the time, you can still indulge a bit, once in a while and still lose. Back to Almond Flour Waffles Bacon, Egg and Spinach scramble, and STRONG Coffee with Heavy Cream this morning :)

No loss, but no gain either. To be expected after last week's huge drop. Will be very happy to lose 2-2.5 by Sunday.

Digging to the waaaay back of the closet to bust out some Acid Washed Jeans and Tee Shirts, putting on some stuff i havent worn since 1993(L shirt and 40" waist? Whut?!)👖👕🕶. Strict Keto and Intermittent Fasting in full swing, down 96.4, 45.6# to go!
