The scale is moving again! WOO HOO!!! Glad to see that. this is the lowest I have been in quite some time at least 5-6 years. I will keep on with my workouts and also started taking G2 which is helping with appetite. Very Happy camper today!!

Started T25 today. Man is it a workout! I barely made it through the 25 minutes but boy do I feel good now. I am really excited to go on the T25 journey and see what I can accomplish!

So here I am in week 2 of CLX and starting to get shoulder pain again. I know my form is right, I think the "Go heavy or go home" isn't a good fit for me at this point. Maybe after I build some strength without weights I will be able to come back to it. Meanwhile I am going to do cardio workouts the rest of the week and start T25 on Monday. It has strength training in the last phase but builds up to it so I think it might be a little better for now.

Still keeping my workouts going even though it is hot as heck! Went a little over on calories today but it will be ok. Hoping for a little loss Saturday morning.
