I had stopped buying Snapea Crisps because I have no control over them. But I said I'd bring snacks to homegroup Bible study today. Not wanting to bring sweets, I bought a bag of these. I ate them all... well before Bible study even began!
At least I have been able to start playing tennis again. Today was rainy, so I walked instead. Reducing carbs has been very hard, as well as not eating when I'm not hungry. I'm hoping getting back to tennis will help. I generally only play during work at lunch. Who knows how long the rains are going to last. But there's always still walking, and there are some beautiful spots not too far away.

I tell you, work is the pits!! Too often they bring something here I can't resist, like the blueberry muffin! I've barely eaten anything except over half my calories. :s Oh well... we live for another day. :)
