I have been fat pretty well all my life. My family was the type of family that made you sit and eat everything on your plate before you got to leave the table and since my mom is tiny it was always unhealthy portions. I wish I had my moms genes but I am exactly like my father that way! So, as I get older I have decided it was time to loose the weight for me and not everyone else! I am not following a specific diet because I have always failed at those - so for me it is just better, healthly choices and getting my portions under control. Any suggestions feel free to help me out!
