Back to food logging. Have not really been eating much at all but I did have some wine yesterday after working very hard at the house. Can't go over there today as I didn't sleep well at all due to dodgy stomach and looking after poor Tommy who got bitten by a snake four or five times. His poor leg was so swollen and he cried all night in the bathroom. I ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor with him. Poor Tommy. He was so loving. He's been to the vet again today for the all clear. He can go out. He's just come to the front door for some food. So ı am grateful he has recovered. Bad, bad snake. I'm never out that vet's!

Just had some lovely eggs and mushrooms fried in butter. Fresh brewed coffee with cream. Delicious. I quite like Atkins. It's so easy and I never feel hungry. Starting to feel energy so I can clean this house. I hate cleaning and I have TWO houses that need sorting out. I really must start throwing things out to make way for my new life. I thought it was cooler today but it appears not as there sweat running down my face. Feel good though. I didn't yesterday as I was getting niggled by 'people'. Then I remembered today that I have given up caring about stupid people and what they do. So I have to take my own advice. Kill em with kindness. That's what I say

Well, first milestone achieved. One stone lost to date. All virtual pats on the back gratefully received. I haven't been logging my food for the past two days because I have been so tired when I get home. It's hard to work when you are carrying a lot of weight. Everything is harder. But I have really put my nose to the grindstone and the house is nearly finished. A bit of painting, light weeding and major cleaning. That should see more weight come off next week. I hadn't expected to lose anything this week as I went to a BBQ on Thursday. Mind you, I didn't eat much. Had shedloads of vodka & tonic though! Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am so happy to report that I am convinced that three weeks DOES break a habit. For weeks now, I have only drank alcohol on occasion. I feel quite proud of myself and wholly motivated to lose more weight and achieve my goal. Sometimes it feels so hard to stay on track and I feel that the weight loss is so slow. But that is just how it goes. As Puhpine always used to tell me 'you gotta roll with the punches'. And here I am 14lbs lighter.

Also, another theory has been proved imho. Ketsosis keeps mosquitoes away. Twice I have jumped off the ketosis wagon and twice I have been bitten to xxxxxxx! Have a great weekend FS friends!
