I am my own worst enemy. I seek perfection and have anxiety when I don't have it. To relieve the anxiety, I eat more and avoid the problems with procrastination and ignoring the issue at hand. I am seeking God daily, in some way making a connection. For on my own I am weak and imperfect. By obeying Him, I overcome obstacles, one at a time, including my own roadblocks, conscious and subconscious. This weeks goal, just do something active everyday and not to eat after 8p. I will not berate myself for not doing more. I was just take one day at a time and seek progress, not perfection.

Today, I get back on it. I have been down for two days with a little cold. Now, I need to get back out there. So far I have lost 2lbs. It isn't much, but it's a beginning.
