struggling to even go down 1kg which is very de-motivating. had a rough day with the food today and all because of a cupcake which triggered an appetite so fierce i'm surprised i didn't bite anyone. i wish i could eat and be full. as soon as food passes by my lips its like my brain goes into instant obsessive mode and all i want is food and i end up eating everything in sight. *sigh*

Its never a good sign when you wake up and your first thought is something to eat. Ah well."I SHALL PERSEVERE". Goal for this week. Lose 1kg. Exercise monday to friday. Complete challenge. Log everything I eat EVERYDAY. And most importantly STAY AWAY from BREAD (this is my gateway drug to eating everything in sight). LET'S DO THIS!!!
