Well I haven't been on very much recently but I have found the time I have spent on here very help. I am much more aware of what I am putting into my body but I think my goals have changed. I want to eat healthier, stop binge and boredom eating and try and get more exercise. If I lose weight, that is great, but the end goal for me is the be healthy and happy and looking at my calories, and rdi, and calories burned just makes me miserable and obsessed with food. By not worrying about it, I don't eat as much, and I am happier with what I eat. I probably won't be on very often from now on, but I do like to see where my weight goes compared to where it has been. I have my period right now so those three pounds are probably just bloat. I'm not gonna worry about it. Three pounds in the big picture isn't the end of the world. Would I like to be thinner? Yes. But my boobs get smaller as a lose weight and I'm only a 36B. Would I like my thighs to be smaller? Yes. But do I want to lose my butt that my boyfriend is obsessed with? No. Would I like less cellulite? Yes. But can anyone else see it? No. I would like smaller love handles, skinnier knees, and a whole variety of other things, but is losing sleep about it and drinking so much water I pee every 30 minutes and giving myself diarrhea worth it? No. My new goal is to be healthy and happy and if that is 10 pounds heavier than when I graduated high school, so be it.
