Not feeling so good today. I did not sleep very much last night. Woke up with all kinds of aches and pains. Have lots of meetings today. Today is one of those days that make me want to eat and eat. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

60 min of cardio this morning. Better than coffee. I am now > 40 lbs lost!!!! In my history of diets and trying to loose weight, I Have never broken the 40 lbs mark. 17 more pounds to my goal of 220. Then I can start playing the maintenance game and work on building a little muscle.

About to go play a few games of ping pong here at work. Adding some extra activity were I can. Hopefully it will all end up helping the weight fall off. :)

I had a wonderful
cheese burger
last night! It was so good. I guess I will count that as my treat for awhile. I did skip the fries for some fresh fruit. An apple to be specific. I also drank loads of water to top it off.
