41, 6'3" about 230 right now. I've been getting fat and depressed during covid so I stared back in on fitness. Initially I had plans to lose a bunch of weight but as I'm lifting 5 days a week I'm seeing I'm not losing weight but I'm getting a little more toned maybe. Eating around 2200 calories a day and putting in 900 or so of exercise total.
