Dear Fat Diary,
I am in SERIOUS detox mode right now after the last two days! On Thursday a friend wanted baked goods so naturally I had to sample them to make sure they weren't poisoned or something. But if the same thing happens to you all I have to say is -- DO NOT CALCULATE THE CALORIES IN THAT DELICIOUS OOEY GOOEY CHOCOLATEY CARAMEL MONSTER!! For serious, it will rack up guilt for days. Then last night another friend wanted pizza which I did my best to account for so I'm not feeling guilty but my intestines are pretty much telling me to eff off at this point. This means for the rest of the weekend I'm gonna focus on my fruits and veggies and TONS of water! Like gallons of water. But I am excited that my fitness didn't suffer while my diet had some setbacks, I've still been doing incline walking workouts every day and I think I'm going to start incorporating short fitness videos focusing on specific body parts. I'm going to be aiming to do my cardio every day and ideally will do some kind of focus work on my arms, abs, and inner thighs! I've gotta say I'm excited :)

Dear Fat Diary,
I've been at this on my own for a couple of months trying to count calories. My most recent weight is from my physical six weeks ago when I had gone down from 160 a month previously. So until I actually buy a scale I'm hoping my imaginary numbers are still going down!
I have trouble saying no when there are treats in front of me so I'm definitely trying my best to keep them out of the house! It it's frustrating right now because I have roommates and therefore little food storage space so cooking and freezing is pretty much out of the question. And there are only so many ways to make carrots, celery, and eggs exciting, right? But in all seriousness I'm aiming for 124 pounds and am excited to use this tool to get started!
