My scale is broken and doesn't go under 172 now. When I was weighing myself before it was at my mom's and I weight 158.5 lbs. I've been keeping the same habits and my body has been changing so I'm going to keep it safe and say 1 lb a week until I can get a new scale.

I'm still not feeling 100% but I'm doing light stuff. I'll probably go out today and get some new work out clothes. I do feel better than I did yesterday so I know that Vitamin C+ stuff is working. I did 10 minutes of Hatha yoga this morning to at least get something in. I might jog later tonight and do some strength training.

Ugh! I'm getting sick! It's a good thing today is my day off from working out. I have my coffee and Vitamin C+ water to help out. I beat my last wave of sickness in a day so let's hope this works.
It's so hard for me not to work out. I'm so close to my goal I can see my body changing. My booty has shrunk and my underwear is having a hard time staying up haha. I was carrying stuff at work and I noticed how toned my arms have become. I can see my collarbones again too!
I'm so excited to hit my goal! When I get to my small goal of 150 lbs I'm going to help my friend lose weight and show him how I did it.
