Worked 7 days a week, 14 hours a day, couldn't exercise consistently and my food intake was fast and on the move. I quit my job after six years, to better my health but I'm finding so much work to be done here. I see my husband has gained weight and I put on twenty pounds. I am more concerned with the quality of food we are eating. As of Monday, I need to focus on how we begin our day. I'll make our waffles and our garlic spreads. Initially, I'll work on foods that are not processed. That's been our go-to as we need to eat fast. I'll stop that. No task master over my head. So, I'm going to find our way to healthier eating prior to one of us or both of us leaving earth. Exercise? I used to do it every morning. Now, I'll pretend we are young again and do my exercise at night. I was in much better health back then when most of our physical activities occurred in the evenings. We get our sleep but it's interrupted as my husband has COPD. Yep. I hope we have time. This is a confession. I don't have any measurable goals at this time.

After 3 years, I'm back. I'm still working at the same job. 3 managers, 3 chefs and 3 mnt men later, stress levels are off the chart. My eating habits have sucked this past 15 months. Sleep habits are off. Guess what? HDL too low, LDL too high (new) and Triglycerides are high again. No exercise other than the running around at the place where I work. I sit more than I move. I've started going to doctors, chiropractors and masseuses. Having to cook for my family is so different than I need to be eating. aho. Going to read up on changes I must make. Going frozen due to lack of time in a day. I'm on the road 2 hours a day and work 8 to 10 hours a day. Looks like it's going to be veggies, oatmeal, fruit and chicken or fish.
I have to increase intentional movement. I began that today. Though I must admit, I've been incredibly tired for 2 weeks now.

Got down to my weight and held it until Dec of 2018. My 3rd boss = high stress. I now have horrible habits. 2 1/2 years of my worst habits ever. Must begin again and focus on my own lifestyle. I must find a way to prepare foods for family and foods for myself. They refuse to eat healthy.
