While I haven't been actually counting calories, I am MUCH more aware of what I eat and have made a concerted effort to be "done" after one serving instead of going back for more. I've finally learned that one serving usually is enough and with a little time and a glass of water, I feel just fine.

Well, I'm back on it again--two weeks or so and nearly every day is an accurate log (I think I missed one day). I've noticed that I do well as long as I stick with it. This time around, I'm not beating myself up for having a splurge day and in fact I recently read that splurging once in awhile helps the body to not plateau.
As long as I can be consistent, I know that I can do this. I've already had compliments though I haven't told anyone that I'm trying to slim back down.

Slowly getting back on track. I've noticed that forcing myself to eat slower means that a CC breakfast burrito lasts until noon and I'm good until dinner. It's heavy and high in calories, but when it works for two meals (and has lots of vegetables), why not.
