I have still been right down my meals on paper just haven't had the time to put it in I feel I am doing well.

I have falling off the wagon. THis summer is doing me in. I have to start doing better. Going on vacation afraid of the food there help lots of seafood

Feeling better about myself. I am goingto get back on track today. I think I was doing to much with exercising everyday. I think I'll do three day a week as a goal. If I do more that will be good to. But I won't feel bad for only doing three day a week.I got burned out. I am not going to do that again.
