Did well all day! An hour ago, cravings, cravings and more cravings! Ate some sugar free candy and had to make myself put it away.. :(
Then another craving hit - Jello and Whip cream had to save me!
End of Day 3 of the TOM don't know why these cravings kick in now.. Not a happy camper.. I caved in to the craving!
Oh well, just needed to ventilate. Everything's gonna be alright! Goodnite!

Back into the groove of things.. Exercise complete for the day - looking forward to hiking within the next week....
TOM snuck up on me this morning, wasn't expecting it so soon - or I'm just not paying attention to how fast time is flying.. So I will be dealing with my moodiness, cravings (hopefully won't have any) and some bloating.. Need to increase water intake.

Failed miserably last week during both challenges.. I was sick not able to consume too much of anything (liquids, foods, etc) .. Weighed in this morning but weight back to 3/11 weigh in.. :D
Off to a better start today for this week.. Mildly over the stomach virus/flu now I have a head cold - head congestion, cough, headache, etc!! :( Will fight thru this sickness.. It seems like the twins were walking viruses and carrying every child's sickness from their school, and brought it home to me last week (lol lol lol)!! I need to take better care of myself.
Kids home from school this week - so I will be more than busy!
Anyway, Happy Monday! Off to a better start, I WILL get back to my exercise today - only exercised once or twice last week. BACK TO THE GRIND!
