9st 13.3 lb Fat machine 24% (3.5 on at WW Thurs after 3wk absence) I had started to be good this week after I realised I only had 5wks till my 50th if I wanted to feel better about myself, a few of my summer clothes don't fit like they did last year sadly. So this is a disappointing start at barely half a lb this week but as usual I've got to keep at it. Having a few more menopausal symptoms which probably won't help (certainly helped with some comfort earring the last few weeks tho mind!) but I just need to persevere. Or let the small clothes go and accept that that's probably just too much hard work to maintain these days! 😆

10st virtually! Fat machine 24% No WW. Realised it's only 5wks till my bday and hol and nothing fits and I feel horrible and there's not time to properly fix it but I could do what I can at least to help, if only I wasn't so horribly demotivated...

9st 8.9 lb Fat machine 23.5% Half off at WW Thurs. An extra bit of wiggle room for hol. Still not that far down from week one after my Jan starting point but at least I've started on the post-op gain 😃 We haven't gained too much on Icelandic hols in the past because of being fairly active and pretty shivery I think 😆 But we'll see how it goes visiting at a slightly better time of year weather wise!
