OMG I thought I was eating well by eating shrimp.....but NO it has more cholesterol in it than I could have ever imagined. Is there such a thing as good cholesterol and bad cholesterol? Should I eat more of good cholesterol? So confusing..... Jules

Went to the Allergy doctor today and the weighed me on their fun scale and it said that I am 221 and not 219.5. I hate doctor's office's scales. They always make me feel fatter! Jules
