Taking things slowly in hopes of building up good habits. Last week was rough with the Intermitten Fasting. I mean...I managed to make it but ended my fast an hour earlier than anticipated. I think it's because of TOM but ah well. I didn't do too badly I believe. I wish I would have been a little more consistent with working out last week but ah well. Today is a new day and I have been successful in getting in my cardio. Yeah, it wasn't as much of a burn as I wanted but it's something.

So here I am, restarting everything. Allergies have been hitting me hard so I haven't been able to do as much as I would like. It's like I just don't feel well all the time anymore thanks to them. Regardless, I am still going to try my best to push through and do what needs to be done. I am hoping that by doing that, maybe somewhere down the line, I will start to feel better because as of right now, it feels like I never feel well enough to do anything. Yeah I know...I will make sure to take care of myself and not push myself too hard but I do need to start something...anything. No more excuses.This is something that has to change and if I don't start now then I fear that I will never. I need to start being that woman that I want to be.

Today is my official start date. I have done my starting pictures and my starting measurements. I am off to a great start today with the Intermitten Fasting. Held strong and managed to fast till 1:00. It was very hard but I did it. Having errands to run helped keep my mind off the hunger. Tonight is a gym night so I am excited about getting back into a routine. On my off days, I am going to go through the Core de Force program by Beachbody so yeah. I am pretty set and really excited to start. My fiance is joining FatSecret...so...it seems like everything is falling into place. :)

So I am pretty excited. Intermitten fasting has been wonderful for me and was a great way to fight off the bloat. I was using last week as a trial run to see if I can manage the fast while at work and I was successful. Wednesday and Thursday were a little challenging but I managed somehow. So pretty proud about that and I definitely noticed that I felt so different...like not so heavy if that makes sense. So yeah...pretty excited for things to come.
On another note, I am really trying hard to convince my fiance to join FatSecret as opposed to MyFitnessPal. I am not sure if he will or not but yeah. What I love about FS is all the support that you get...like it's more personal than MFP. But the fact that MFP isn't so personal might appeal to my fiance...I dunno. Either way, I love it here and plan to keep using this site for my journey. :)

It's been a rough week and I am not too sure why. Regardless of that, I am not going to beat myself up over it because in all honesty, that is very counterproductive. It was rough, I'm going to roll with it and just keep on going. I have a better idea of how I want to do things and I have gotten the help of my fiance who also wants to start being healthier and workout more. While I have my main goal...I am going to focus on one day at a time. My goal today is to fast until noon and then, even though I can eat, keep it reasonably portioned. I have to remind myself that it is okay to be a little bit hungry. I am going to try to pay attention to my body better and get some workouts in later today after I finish my homework.
