still doing great on choosing the right things to eat and exercising regularly. Yoga has really helped my back and is so relaxing at the same time. i need to weigh myself but have not in a week or so.

I just ate a slice of cheese that had more calories than my entire lunch!!!! can you say meal replacement, geez.

Day 1, im so proud of the choices i made today, i got exercise in and consumed less than i expected and I am not hungry. I am looking forward to a restful night of sleep and will go forward knowing i have the support i need to succeed thanks to my seester and husband. I have a plan! Mondays are planning days, meal plan, grocery plan and execute food prep for the week ahead. Having just taken a leap of faith into a new career has already put me in such a great position to dedicate myself to exercising and eating right with all of my new found time. Sunday is cheat day, and to begin I will rotate the days that i do a trained cardio and rep filled workout with simpler things such as biking, walking and yoga. Stretching I will do everyday as i need to limber up for my tougher workouts. Today I both went bike riding (leisurely) and a 30 minute yoga session so the tough stuff starts tomorrow morning. Keep it up!

My husband is in the most amazing shape of his life, much unlike his wife, me... in the worst shape of my life. He sets goals for himself and is active everyday. Recently he signed up for an ultra marathon in September, with only 4 months of training for a feat he has never even come close to, he is enthusiastic he will do well, I am too. But enough about how wonderful he is, I am a tall drink at 5 feet 10 inches and a whopping 178 pounds!! I used to be so in shape and healthy, looks aside my athsma has never been worse and all of this extra weight is brutal on my bulging disk. I am only 28 years old and I am tired of restricting myself, so I wont anymore! Just like my Inspiration, I too have a huge challenge ahead of me in September. On September 28, 2013 I will be a healthy and HAPPY 145 pounds! This is just the beginning for me :)
