Worked out on my own for he first time without my trainer. I followed his paper, but it seemed harder without him! hee hee. Anyway, it was still a hard hitting work out especially since I had to up my reps. I was a little nervous stepping into the gym by myself, but it wasn't bad. No one was in the corner snickering or anything. Tomorrow I'm going to make it a point to do some light cardio like I was advised, and get ready for my next session with my trainer Wednesday. I think we check my weight this week. I'm nervous that it's gone up and not down. I haven't been eating crazy or anything, I just always fear these things. I'm weird that way.

I'm also getting the hang of this eating business. it's all a balance. Just balancing. Constant balancing. Hopefully I'll get it so that it helps me kick this bit of pudge.

Here's to shedding weight and kicking ass!
