Well, here I go again. At the starting line. Hopefully 2010 will be better to me than 2009 was. No injuries, No illnesses, and no crazy surprises please.
What frustrates me so very much, is that I was where I needed to be. What happened? Why did I fall off the healthy wagon? When I met my goal, I donated all of my "big girl" clothes, and now my new clothes are tight!!!
I know I can do this. I've done it before. But, why is it so hard this time? I just want to be healthy, have my clothes fit again, and possibly have the opportunity to get pregnant again. With my issues, that will be impossible if I don't drop 15 pounds and start exercising again!

I had a great workout today. Then, I over ate. :-( Sometimes I get SOOOO hungry after running. I am defeating the purpose of exercise! Why do I have to be so hungry some times and other days not hungry at all? I pretty much eat the same things everyday at the same times too. I need some self control!!!
I need the rain to go AWAY!
We were going to run outside and I was really looking forward to it, then the rain came.
There are two seasons in Western PA...construction & Rain!!!
Hope tomorrow goes better. I'll be painting for my Gram in my hometown. It will be interesting. I'm taking Abby with me to "help" with the paint. LOL.
