Needing a little help
So, every time I eat.... I feel bad about it.
Even if I only eat a cup of green beans and a small cube of cheese... I'm not sure why or what to do because of this I've only been eating around 700 to 800 calories a day for two months until I started counting calories and now that I'm eatimg more I'm feeling even worse.
Also since I've been eating so few calories, could that be why I'm not losing any weight?
I'm so confused.... :(

Working at a cupcake/cake store when on a diet... Is the WORST thing ever! It seriously makes dieting hard :(
