I FINALLY DID IT!!!! I broke through my barrier wall of 270!!!!! Woohoo....way to go, I got to keep going! MOTIVATION!!!!

Did the Jillian Michaels DVD#9 last night and it was a KILLER, but I fought through it and completed it. I have to remember, it's only 30 minutes. Took a nice walk with the hubby and dog to cool down. I also accomplished something I dream of doing this morning. I want to run, so this morning I went to my basement and jogged around for 3 minutes. It's not a lot, but it's a start for me and I'm PROUD of it. I also did 15 minutes on the eliptical machine and will be doing JM's DVD#10 tonight...DETERMINATION!!!!!

Trying to get over this hump of 270 lbs. Can't seem to breakthrough. Fight harder, workout longer, stay motivated and achieve the goal.
