losing 10.5 lb a week

Got the day off tomorrow so digging the scale out of the breezeway and putting in my bedroom. I have a balance scale, got tired of stepping on those little scales with the round spinners inside only to have my fat body weigh down the medal and stop it and oh say 150 pounds. You know it was sweet and all being able to say I weighed 150 but I just knew it wasn't true! And then I have the digital scale but can't seem to look down past my tummy to see the numbers and got tired of hopping off and having to hurry to look down before the numbers blinked off. Sad! lol
And then today I had my DH call my doctor's office and cancel my appointment that was for Tuesday - just a regular checkup for my blood pressure & cholesterol - but couldn't face her knowing that once again I had not dropped even an ounce of weight and yes at 46 years of age was so ashamed that I just couldn't call and cancel it myself (for the SECOND time)!
Well it's time to get serious. Getting older, not younger, my poor heart has been through a lot, not to mention my liver and pancreas with all the fat I'm carrying around. And somebody's gotta be around to take care of my puppy so here I go! :)
