I started Biggest Loser contest at work to help keep me motivated. It seems to be working well for all of us! We've lost over 150 lbs. since February! We don't sabotage each other with candy/chocolate and encourage each other a lot. Also the weekly potential winnings help to keep you motivated! You can have no movement for several weeks in a row and lose just a pound or two one week and win the jackpot for that week! Only 2 weeks left for summer contest - then we'll start another for fall!

Heavier now than I've ever been! Working a mid shift 10:30-7:00 really isn't easy for eating at night! By the time I get home it's 7:45. Eating so late has really added to my waistline!
Trying to turn over new leaf. Started Biggest Loser contest at work. Hoping that others will help me stay on track for next 16 weeks and by then I'll be thru the winter blahs.
Love Healthy Choice - Simply frozen meals! high proteins low carbs. very filling.
