No weigh-in this week! Spent the week doing county fair stuff with my kids and did not make it. However, I think I burned a few calories (and ate them, too!)

Hmmmm..so that what happens when you actually journal and count those points!!! Yipee! This is the first week since--who knows when--that I have actually been able to say I have followed program "reasonably well".
Tried a kickboxing class last night--fun! But, very expensive. WIll probably stick to my gym routine and try to add in some of the free classes. I did Pilates last Saturday and enjoyed it. Well, maybe "enjoyed" is not exactly the right word!

Finally uploaded a new pic and updated the bio. And..the goal weight! I had my doctor set my goal a little higher than WW says (137 is my upper wt. at 5 ft. 2 in., according to WW.) I think it is more realistic for me. I guess it feels a little like a cop-out, but I just need to move past that. I can always go lower than 140--but it sounds so much more "maintainable" than 135.

no, that is not a mis print--that is a enormous, 2-week gain. I am sure that there is a lot of water weight there, but I am sure a few #'s of fat too....back on track today. What a wake-up call :(. It's been a stressful couple of weeks, but not THAT bad...just eating...eating..eating and not tracking. Not looking forward to the JUMP on my chart!!
