I lost 127 pounds on Weight Watchers beginning January 4, 1971, becoming a lifetime member in 1972. By 1990, my food addiction/emotional eating had brought back 100 of those pounds which I again lost in one year. I began March 18, 2013, once again following the simple 70's program that I know, love and have twice proven, works. Again, through my own doing, I started(without weighing-in), needing to lose 100+ pounds. I have since purchased a scale and might soon weigh-in(not a priority) but in the meantime I know my success on this program is happening for me because I remain true to myself and therefore, it works. I feel pounds lighter, loose clothing, less pain(i.e. joint & back), and encouragement which comes from within, not from those around me. This is my first journal entry (6-5-13). Current weight(required field) is an estimate.
