In case you missed it on my last journal, here's my response to my FS buddies,
"PSYCH!!!!!!!!!! GOTCHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!"

You guys are such a trip!!! You either know me very little! OR have very little FAITH in me!!! Or ARE WAY TOO SMART FOR ME!!!!! In other words, either you totally believed in my crazy meat-binge on my previous journal, or some of you OUTSMARTED me by letting me believe you believed me!!!! HUH??? Did that sound convoluted????? hmm....maybe too much seinfeld-watching! ;)

Meanwhile, in case there's any more confusion, let me come clean! No, my dear friends, I haven't abandoned the veggie way of life...and nary a drop of meat has ever touched--or will ever touch--my lips!!! And that crazy-ass binge?? Did ya'll really think I'd go to town in such a royally crazy way????????? C'mon!! Really!!! :)

Well, keep guessing...you never know now...I'm in an ornery mood lately, and ya'll will never know when I'm being serious and when I'm being goofy!!! Serves ya'll right for having such little faith in me!!!!! ;) [pouting!]

Meanwhile, today has been good...Despite a hectic scramble, I pretty much managed to get everything done on my to-do list. Gym was visited at 11.30 pm, and I jogged for 25 mins @ 4.2 miles. Last night I had only 3 hrs of sleep, so was almost lazy to go workout today, but it's been 5 days of no exercise, so I ran out of my last excuse for myself and decided to go today no matter what!!! It was good. I burned 251k and did about 2 miles of jogging. No elliptical, weights, or abs--will do the package tomorrow.

Food has been good too:
Breakfast: Fiber one cereal and light original skim milk
Lunch: coffee (no time, no food!)
Snack: 1 little bag of peanuts (only 4g of carbs!)
Dinner: 1 veggie patty, meatless crumbles/egg white/veggies/cheese scrambled eggs, and side of brocolli

Here's a special dedication to my Atkins-watching 24 CARROT GOLD friend!! How about we "kick the carrot to the curb"??!! Huh? wha?? Ok, people, don't worry!! I haven't completely lost it!!! Am just being goofy!!!! All this diet and exercise stuff needs to be "stuffed" sometimes in pursuit of just clean knocking around on foods and stuff! :)

P.S: I ate 90000 calories today! Here's the breakdown:

breakfast: steak, bacon, egg and cheese with a side of hash browns with meat gravy

lunch; mcdonalds fries and giant-ass burger with chocolate milk shake

snacks: 1 large cheese pizza from Pizza hut with ALL the fixings, 3 venti frappuchinos..and a whole can of peanuts

dinner: Great vegitarian foods at Olive Garden: Pasta putanesca...spagetti bolignese, apple pie, death by chocolate cake at night, and midnight cravings of marshmellows, smores, godiva hot chocolate with marshmellows...

ummmm....I am STUFFED..I think. Need to go throw up.

Good news bad news.

In the morning edition of this weekend update, we have some good news to report, and then some bad news, and then some more good news. Tried on size 8 jeans yesterday, and they fit!!! And made my butt look good! ;) It felt great to go from 14-16 when I first started here, to these skinny size 8s. I could tell even my thighs look thinner, and this morning my stomach felt flatter :) Progress in the right direction!

Now in the bad news front, I have to confess I've skipped working out now TWO days in a row!! Last night I was supposed to come home from work and workout,but decided to meet friends for dinner instead. Dinner lead to pubbing, shooting pool, and late night hanging out and drinking some more...Food-wise, I made wise choices generally. I had decided to add back a little bit more carbs and fiber to my diet to help with the Mr. C problem, so I had my fiber one cereal in the morning with soy milk. For lunch, a yogurt and meatless chicken stir fry. For dinner, I ordered a spinach and feta salad but could only eat a few bites and got full as I'd had some shared appetizer of hummus and 3/4 of a large pita (more carbs!!). Not too shabby though. At dinner, I had a glass of wine, and then a beer later in the pub, and then later 3/4 bottle of wine!!! wow!! didn't think I could drink this much!!! I was worried I was going to gain a lot of weight overnight from all this sugar and feel bloated from the beer!! But decided, WTH! It IS Friday night..and it had been a long week, and haven't had a chance to hang with friends in a while...well, while we're confessing, I did end up throwing up later..so some of that wine was lost to the porcelain god, and didn't end up making to my thighs/butt after all!! :)

Surprisingly, this morning, I have recorded a weight loss!! And a whole different number never seen before!!! I am getting embedded deep in the 140s..and liking it!!! Let's keep this going!

Plan to do a furious workout later today before going out...for now, looking at the rain beating down on my window pane..it is a grey, bleak, cold, and rainy saturday morning :( I am trying to find the motivation and strength to get my weekend started...lots of stuff to do and so little time!!
