Woke up early to go get my teeth cleaned at the dentist and weighed myself and i was happy that i had lost. Things are going well. Another funny problem that i have acquired latelty is that i am walking and my underwear are falling down, that is a good thing lol! 127, i am getting closer to you -Amber
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
