still eating small avocado, 1 scrambled egg, spinach or asparagus on low carb wrap and tea in morning, salad with chicken or tuna or salmon at lunch with light no sugar dressing, dinner meat, mashed cauliflower or 1/2 potato with sour cream, Occasionally strawberries and whipped cream at night.
