Wow got up early today and weighed myself and i was down another pound i am so pleased with myself for once. This is working!! 127 here i come. I have now lost a total of 10 lbs!! ( 8 on my own and now 2 with fat smash)
175.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
