It's been hot, and I've lost quite a lot of fluid. I have to make it up.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 180.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kingkeld has had success drinking more (after his op), and is setting his mobile to remind him every hour to get a glass of water and drink it.

Wow, you are really still losing. Hope you are still feeling okay. Its taking a while to regulate that's for sure.

It isn't easy to regulate. I drink 70-90 ounces of fluid a day. It's when I lose more that I really worry.
