Lost 0.2 today. I was bad yesterday. I ate a McDo chicken burger, grilled of course. I also ate two small Doritos and about 3 coconut popsicles. Somehow it didn't make me gain any weight. I did the elliptical and did 710 cals. Will go back on strict regimen starting May 1.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
