So I had a couple of beer last night to celebrate my stepmom’s passing and a sister that needs to get well because of addiction. I drank 13 beer last night had chicken wings with spicy fries. I jumped on the scale this morning thinking I’d gain weight only to find out I dropped another 1.3 lbs. It must be the happy coffee doing its magic 😉💪🏼
192.4 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow...sounds like how I do things when I'm not on the wagon. Besides beer having lots of calories, booze is a gateway drug to food for me.

I switched to a low calorie beer which makes a big difference when losing weight lol. I figure because I go hard working out during weekdays that weekends are my time to enjoy with some restrictions which can make it hard sometimes because my wife loves to bake lol. I also have an amazing product that’s helping kill my cravings from sugars and carbohydrates which makes a big difference in my eating habits amongst the other health benefits I get from it also. Stay focused my friend, you got this!! 👍🏼👍🏼😉
