1159 kcal Fat: 31.28g | Prot: 43.49g | Carb: 100.35g.   Breakfast: cheerios dulce de leche, coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk. Lunch: walmart mixed fruit bowl, Fiber Therapy, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: Multigrain Bread, Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, sweet leaf green tea, coffee, broccoli slaw, tomato, Caesar salad dressing cardini. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
