Did yoga last night as an extra quickie workout before bed. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but I slept like a log.

I can't understand why the scale in my bathroom says I've lost .5 pounds, but my Wii says I've gained 1.6#!! I weighed in on the Wii after a 30 minute workout. How could that make me weigh heavier??

Oh well. The body feels good.

Taking the stairs (5 flights!!) at least three times a day, wearing the size 14s with confidence, working out everyday. I'm on the move! And 1/4 of the way to my goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
