Tried the Kelley DvD and I only made it through 15 minutes. it was rough! I guess I have a fitness goal now.
After trying kelley I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes step with Kari.
I decided to have a bigger than normal breakfast (600 calories). I switched out the banana for granola and greek yogurt. I feel full, very full.
