Well my weight jumped a little which was expected from the wings and spicy fries for dinner followed by some Belgium beer and chips but I’m really not worried because I will win the battle in the end!! 😉
197.5 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
