I have changed nothing to my eating habits, and haven’t worked out in a month because of a blown knee and yet I am still losing weight 💪🏼😉
195.5 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nope, I eat everything lol. The only thing I changed was I went with a lower calorie beer now that’s it. A buddy of mine introduced me to a new healthy supplement that accelerates weight loss and helps keep weight off. It reduces sugar and carbohydrates cravings and seems to be working very well. Been seeing a lot of good results from others also. My wife takes it also because it’s so healthy.

Hmm 🤔 well I don’t drink ANY beer 🍺 and I don’t lose ANY weight. Probably Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. 2 for $5.00 What’s this supplement you try?
