I feel like I have been doing great this week. I am focusing on not overeating and binging and less about total calories. I am trying to eat foods that are good for me but I also have been eating foods I should not be. I am not supposed to label foods good or bad.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
