I have been doing soooo good. I really hope I can continue the pattern through the weekend. I also added Bikini Ready Fast twice a week to my workouts.
I am trying to get a 3,500 calorie deficit a week, which I have already hit, yay. SO, all I really need to do today, tomorrow, and Sunday is breakeven. Alot easier said than done.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
