Cut loose from my nutrition coach after 60 days of transformation of body composition 39.2% body fat to 29.7%. 5 lbs fat transformed to muscle.
143.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1484 kcal Fat: 28.19g | Prot: 106.02g | Carb: 190.83g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Apples , Old Dominion Peanut Company Original Peanut Squares. Lunch: Wal-Mart Fresh Pineapple, Strawberries , Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Plain, Good Foods Group Tableside Chunky Guacamole, Herdez Casera Mild Salsa, Dakota's Pride Black Beans, Knorr Fiesta Sides - Taco Rice. Dinner: Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Paragon Fitness and Nutrition Construct Chocolate Protein Powder, Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Kettle Cooked Flash Baked Potato Chips. more...
